Tess Williams is a Qualified Health & Nutrition Coach based in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, she is on a mission to help women grow & thrive without diets, restrictions, or burnout.
Raised on a sheep and beef farm in rural New Zealand, Tess learned early what hard work, resilience, and connection to nature really mean. Before stepping into the world of health coaching, she spent years as a professional show-jumping rider, proudly representing New Zealand across Europe, Australia, and Canada - a journey that taught her discipline, perseverance, and the power of mindset.
With a Diploma in Sports and Recreation and her own personal journey of health, fitness, and behaviour change, Tess has built a reputation for helping women finally feel in control of their bodies again.
As the founder of Transform with Tess and creator of the program Thrive with Tess, she’s coached many women to reshape not just their bodies - but their habits, energy, and confidence. Her signature method blends metabolic science, behaviour change, movement, nutrition, and connection to create real, lasting transformation that fits into busy lives.
As a mum of two small children, Tess brings empathy, experience, and accountability to everything she does. She knows the struggle - and she’s proof that you can rewrite your story.
